1. Return Window

4. Return Approval

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In some cases, the fastest solution may be to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
